摘要
细菌能够分泌一种或多种化学物质来控制其毒性因子的表达,这种生理行为称为群体感应(Quorum sensing,QS),而其分泌的化学物质称为群体感应信号分子。群体感应信号分子能够感知和判断菌群密度及周围环境变化,使得细菌在感染机体时不易被免疫系统识别,同时群体感应信号分子对免疫系统还具有免疫调控功能。据此建立了一类数学模型描述群体感应信号分子的免疫调控机理,分析了模型平衡点的存在性及其渐近稳定性,并运用Matcont研究了模型可能的分岔现象。
Bacteria excrete one or various chemicals to control the production of extracellular virulence factors.This phenomenon is called quorum sensing,and the autoinducer is called quorum sensing signal molecule,which monitors bacteria density and its surroundings to ensure bacteria undetected by immune system when bacteria invade a potential host.Meanwhile,researches have showed the quorum sensing signal molecule has immunomodulatory.A mathematical model describing this modulation was formulated,the existence and the asymptotic stability of equilibrium were discussed and the possible bifurcation of the model with the help of Matcont was studied.
