产业集群与城市功能优化研究

The Research on Industrial Cluster and Urban Function Optimization

城市功能优化与产业集群相互依存,互不可分。产业集群是促进城市功能优化的核心源泉,城市功能优化促进了产业集群的全面发展方式。文章通过从产业集群的视角规划城市功能定位、加强城市功能支撑体系建设以及通过产业结构升级来优化城市功能空间结构等方面来讨论两者之间的依托关系,从而得出在城市经济治理过程中要充分发挥产业集群的核心作用,以产业集群为依托来促进城市功能的优化升级。

Urban function optimization with industrial cluster mutually promotes interdependence. Industrial cluster is the power of enhancing urban function optimization, which promotes the formation and development of industrial clusters. This paper selects a new angle to discuss the industry cluster planning and city function orientation, to strengthen the building of urban functions supporting system through the upgrading of industrial structure, to optimize the spatial structure of urban functions in order to conclude in the process of economic governance. This paper also deals with the role of the industrial cluster based on the effects of industrial clusters to promote the urban functions optimization.
