The Way to Resolve the Paradox: Analysis of the Measures of Farmland Pollution Control

良好的农田环境是农产品质量安全的根本保障,是生态文明的重要方面。不良耕作行为是农田污染的重要诱因,如何让农民在进行农业生产时关注农田环境,自觉主动抵制污染行为,是农田污染防治的重要命题。文章分析了不良耕作行为的思想根源和具体表现,提出对于分散的个体农民,应该以激励为主,惩罚为辅,通过经济补贴、技术扶持、人为关怀等方式,使其在农业生产中自觉主动克服不良耕作习惯。

Nicer farmland environment is the fundamental guarantee of agricultural product quality security, and it＇s an important aspect of ecological civilization. Poor cultivation behavior is an important incentive of farmland pollution, it＇s the significant propositions of farmland pollution prevention to make farmers to focus on farmland environment during agricultural production, resist pollution actively activities. This paper analyses ideological roots and specific performance of poor cultivation behavior, proposing, through financial subsidies, technical support, humanistic care, etc. we should make incentive and supplemented by punishment, which make them to overcome poor cultivation habits consciously during agricultural production.
