摘要
诉讼与非诉讼衔接机制的建立是当前解决民事纠纷的新举措,而诉讼与人民调解的衔接在化解医疗纠纷中尤为重要,多地区进行了医疗纠纷人民调解与诉讼衔接的实践。本文通过实地调研、访谈等方法对医疗纠纷人民调解与诉讼衔接总体情况和运行现状进行研究,分析机制目前存在的问题,提出对策建议。
The convergence mechanism between lawsuit and non-lawsuit is the new way to deal with civil dispute,and the convergence of lawsuit and people＇s medical dispute mediation is more important.At present,many provinces and cities have practice in that area.In order to analyze exist question,field research,interview and other research method have been used in the paper,and some suggestion also be listed in paper.
