摘要
随着医疗改革的不断深入,医院后勤服务业务社会化进程的不断推进,合同工维权意识的不断增强,医疗机构劳动争议案件逐年增多。本文旨在通过分析2006-2013年北京某综合性三甲医院社会化改造过程中发生的劳动争议案件,总结医疗机构员工管理、劳务纠纷处理中存在的问题及经验。
With the deepening of the medical reform and the advancement of hospital logistics service socialization process,worker's right-protection consciousness is growing.The number of labor dispute cases in medical institutions increase year by year.The key purpose of this paper is to analyze staff management and problems based on the cases of a comprehensive hospital in 2006-2013 in the process of logistics socialization.
