摘要
规范和简化处置程序是完善医患纠纷管理的关键,这不仅有利于提高医患纠纷处置效率,也有利于及时化解医患矛盾,防止医患纠纷的发生。文章始终坚持"目的论"和极简主义管理思维,通过了解医患纠纷受理程序与原则来介绍一种简单且实用的受理医患纠纷的模式,即"多窗口受理——单窗口汇总"受理模式。
Standardize and simplify the processing procedures arethe key to improve the management of medical disputes,which not only help to improve the efficiency of medical disputes disposal,but also conducive to promptly resolve conflicts between doctors and patientsto prevent the occurrence of medical disputes.This paperalways adhere to the"teleological"and minimalism management thought,understanding of medical dispute by accepting the principles and procedures to introduce a simple and useful accepting mode,the"multi-window accept-single-window summary"mode.
