摘要
通过对NH_3/空气复叠式制冷在冷凝温度为40℃、冷间要求为-35℃下的速冻制冷循环热力计算,通过改变复叠式制冷系统的氨蒸发温度,得到不同状态参数的复叠式制冷系统COP,与NH_3完全中间冷却双级压缩制冷系统作COP比较,找出复叠系统制冷系数开始优于双级压缩的高温极蒸发温度范围,并提出NH_3/空气复叠式制冷可减少注氨量。
When it is requited to get -35 ℃ for quick freezing and at condensing temperature of 40 , the paper shows a list of COP of R717/R729 cascade refrigeration system though changing R717 evaporating temperature. Comparing the R717 two-stage compression system, the suitable R717 evaporating temperature range for the cascade refrigeration system that capable to take place of R717 twostage compression system. Besides, the RT17/R729 cascade refrigeration system can reduce the refrigerant charge.
