摘要 当前能源危机的情况日益加剧,环保节能理念已成为全社会关注的焦点。高校既有建筑的节能改造问题开始受到建筑设计师的关注。对既有建筑进行节能改造,降低能源浪费,提高建筑热舒适度是一个具有重大实践意义的项目。在夏热冬冷地区,针对既有建筑物提出综合性节能改造技术方案,以某高校学生宿舍为实例进行节能改造分析,确定具体改造措施。 Recently, the energy crisis is becoming more and more serious. The ideas of environmental protection and energy saving are focus of the public. The energy-saving reconstruction technologies for existing buildings in colleges are concerned by designers. Energy-saving retrofitting, reduction of energy waste and improvement of building thermal comfort are key project with greatly practical significance. In the hot summer and cold winter area, the integrated energy saving transforming technologies are proposed for the existing building. The dormitory of a college is analyzed as an example with retrofitting measures.
