摘要 在科学构建绿色施工评价指标体系的基础上,利用简单关联函数确定一级指标权重,在此基础上使用相似系数法得出二级指标权重,建立了多级可拓评价模型对绿色施工分别进行一级和二级评价,确定项目的各指标因素绿色施工水平与综合绿色施工水平,从而有针对性地指导企业提高绿色施工水平。用该方法对兰州酒钢大厦项目进行了绿色施工评价,评价结果与实际调研情况相符,实例表明该方法客观可靠,合理可行。 Based on constructing the evaluation index system of green construction scientifically, the simple correlation function was used to determine the weights of the first level indicators. On basis of the above expounding, the similarity coefficient method was used to determine the weights of the two level indicators. The multi-level extension evaluation model was established to evaluate the green construction for primary level and second level respectively, determining each index factor evaluation level and the green construction comprehensive evaluation level of a project to guide enterprise to improve the level of green construction. This method was used to evaluate the project of Lanzhou JiuGang Building. The evaluation results were in line with the actual situation. The results show that the method is objective and feasible.
