TDP照射和香薰理疗对提高视网膜脱离术后俯卧位患者舒适度的效果评价

A study on TDP irradiation and aroma therapy to improve the comfort degree of postoperative prone position of detached retina patients

目的研究TDP照射和香薰理疗对视网膜脱离术后俯卧位患者舒适度的影响。方法选择98名行玻璃体切割联合硅油填充或者气体填充术的患者,随机分为实验组和对照组两组,实验组采用TDP照射和香薰理疗,对照组采用常规术后护理,观察两组强迫体位不良反应的发生率和舒适度的改变情况。结果实验组的舒适度明显优于对照组,颈背部疼痛和失眠等不良反应发生率均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 TDP照射和香薰理疗的传统中医理疗项目作用于患者,降低了患者颈背部疼痛和失眠的发生率,更提高了患者的舒适度,保证了手术治疗效果。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of TDP irradiation and aroma therapy to improve the comfort degree of postoperative prone position of detached retina patients.Methods 98 cases of Vitrectomy combined with silicone oil or gas filling were divided into two groups, the experimental group were treated with TDP irradiation and aroma therapy, and the control group were treated routine nursing care, the change of incidence and comfort of forced posture adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The comfort level of the patients in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group（P〈0.05） .Conclusion TDP irradiation and aroma therapy can reduce the incidence of pain and insomnia in patients with neck back, improve patient comfort, ensure the effect of surgical treatment.
