品管圈在降低住院患者服用口服药的错误率中的应用 被引量：2

摘要 目的通过品管圈活动在降低住院患者服用口服药的错误率中的应用,提升临床一线护士自我管理与自我解决问题的能力。方法成立品管圈,选定圈名圈徽,确立"降低住院患者服用口服药的错误率"为活动主题,按照患者住院时间顺序对366例住院期间需发放并服用口服药的住院患者进行分组,实施品管圈活动前后各183例,并对这366例住院患者服用口服药情况进行调查和追踪,分析口服药服用错误的可能原因,制定相应的对策并组织实施。结果实施品管圈活动后,住院患者服用口服药错误率由6.56%(12/183)下降至1.09%(2/183)。结论品管圈活动在降低住院患者服用口服药的错误率中效果显著,值得推广。
