不同程度的脊髓损伤患者在不同时机康复介入时神经及功能恢复情况

目的：探讨不同时机康复介入对不同程度脊髓损伤患者神经功能恢复状况的影响。方法：选取来我院行手术治疗且术后进行康复介入治疗的不同程度脊髓损伤患者60例，按照其术后康复介入治疗时机进行分组，其中术后30天内开始实施康复介入治疗的患者30例作为早期康复组；术后60天后开始实施康复介入治疗的患者30例作为晚期康复组。对比分析2组患者的神经功能恢复情况和康复介入治疗时间。结果：2组患者康复介入治疗后，其运动评分、触觉评分和痛觉评分与介入治疗前相比，均得到了显著提高，P＜0．05，组内比较差异具有统计学意义；且早期康复组患者各项评分提高程度显著优于晚期康复组患者，P＜0．05，组间比较差异具有统计学意义。2组患者术后康复介入治疗的时间相当，P＞0．05，组间比较差异不具有统计学意义。结论：早期康复介入治疗对患者的神经功能康复具有显著效果。

Objective：To investigate the effect of rehabilitation intervention on neurological function recovery in patients with spinal cord injury.Methods：60 patients with spinal cord injury were treated by surgical treatment and postoperative rehabilitation intervention. 30 patients were treated with rehabilitation intervention, and patients were treated as early rehabilitation group, and 30 patients with 60d after operation were treated with rehabilitation intervention.The nerve function recovery and rehabilitation intervention time of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results：two groups of patients after rehabilitation intervention, their sports score, tactile score and pain score were significantly improved compared with before treatment, the difference was statistically significant in P〈0.05 group, and the early rehabilitation group were significantly better than the late rehabilitation group, the difference was statistically significant.Two groups of patients with postoperative rehabilitation intervention for the time is quite, the difference between the P〉0.05 group was not sta-tistically significant.Conclusion： early rehabilitation intervention had significant effect on the recovery of neurological function in pa-tients.
