膝关节内注射左布比卡因对白介素-1β的表达水平影响

Influence by levobupivacaine injection in knee joint on expression level of interleukin-1β

目的研究左布比卡因膝关节内注射对膝关节手术患者炎性细胞因子白介素-1β表达的影响。方法 24例膝关节手术患者,随机分为C组与L组,各12例。C组患者膝关节注射生理盐水,L组患者膝关节注射左布比卡因。观察治疗后两组白介素-1β表达水平。结果第1天L组较C组白介素-1β水平显著升高[(155.14±42.20)pg/ml VS(90.66±0.79)pg/ml](P<0.05),第2天两组白介素-1β水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);第10天L组较C组白介素-1β水平显著降低[(94.32±13.49)pg/ml VS(164.00±1.53)pg/ml](P<0.05)。结论膝关节手术患者采用左布比卡因膝关节内注射最终会降低白介素-1β的表达,可用于关节术后镇痛。

Objective To research influence by levobupivacaine injection in knee joint on expression level of interleukin-1β as inflammatory cytokine in patients receiving knee joint operation. Methods A total of 24 patients receiving knee joint operation were randomly divided into group C and group L, with 12 cases in each group. Group C received normal saline injection in knee joint, while group L received levobupivacaine injection in knee joint. Expression levels of interleukin-1β after treatment were observed in both groups. Results Group L had much higher interleukin-1β level than group C in the first day [（155.14±42.20）pg/ml VS（90.66±0.79）pg/ml]（P〈0.05）, while there was no statistically significant difference of interleukin-1β levels between the two groups in the second day（P〉0.05）. In the tenth day, group L had obviously lower interleukin-1β level than group C [（94.32±13.49）pg/ml VS（164.00±1.53）pg/ml]（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Implement of levobupivacaine injection in knee joint can reduce expression level of interleukin-1β in patients receiving knee joint operation, and this method can be applied for postoperative joint analgesia.
