摘要
整跨吊装施工的桥梁线型的控制关键在于节段预制阶段的线型控制。为了针对性地解决曲线桥短线法预制中出现的线型误差,以达到良好的预制线型控制,提出了基于线形斜率最小二乘法的多次修正法。并将该方法运用于某轻轨工程梁段的预制误差修正,修正结果显示基于线形斜率最小二乘法的多次修正,预制桥梁制造线型具有平滑性,制造线型契合理论线型,该方法可为同类曲桥预制误差修正参考。
The linetype control of segmental pre-preduction is the key point in the linetype control ot bridges of integral hoisting construction. For correcting linetype errors of the curved bridge prefabricated by Short-line Matching Method, multi error correction based on slope least square method was put forward. The method was used to correct the linetype errors of the precast box beam in one light rail engineering. The corrected result shows that the linetype of precast bridge has excellent gliding property. The correction method can offer reference for the other similar projects.
