图们江区域民族文化与“一带一路”文化

建设"丝绸之路经济带"和"21世纪海上丝绸之路"是新时期国家进一步扩大对外开放、构建全方位开放格局的伟大构想,其旨在借用古代"丝绸之路"的历史符号,来助推今天的经济文化等方面的合作与发展,然而无论是古"丝绸之路"还是"一带一路"的形成都源自于不同民族的人们对文化交流交融的向往和参与,都需要依托于促进不同文化、不同文明的交流互鉴。而中国图们江区域民族文化从时空坐标系看是复合型民族共同体文化,是包容、和谐、共生共荣的文化,古丝路文化与今天的"一带一路"文化同中国图们江区域民族文化是一脉相承的。因此,图们江区域合作发展融入"一带一路"建设,是图们江区域民族文化发展的内在要求。经济搭台、文化唱戏的关键是提高民族文化素质,民族文化素质关乎世界各民族、各国家的命运。

Constructing ＂Silk Road Economy Belt＂ and ＂21st Century Silk Road on the Sea＂ is a great vision of further expanding the opening up in the new era. No matter the ancient silk road or the ＂one belt and one road＂ are formed because of the interaction between people from different culture backgrounds. Tumen River area is right for community culture. Therefore, Tumen river area should be integrated into the construction of ＂one belt and one road＂.
