低温胁迫下茶树喷施6-BA的生长变化 被引量:2

摘要 为研究6-BA对茶树寒害后的修复机理,以福鼎大白茶为试验对象,于入冬前后采用单因子设计试验,研究不同浓度6-BA(10mg/L、25mg/L、50mg/L、100mg/L)喷施对茶苗株高,茎粗,和叶片数以及成龄茶园产量的影响。结果表明:喷施6-BA对茶苗的株高、茎粗、叶片数有促进作用,但浓度过高则影响其生长,其中,以50mg/L6-BA处理的茶树生产及产量增加最大。说明喷施6-BA可以提高茶树的抗寒性,对茶苗生长有促进作用,其中,6-BA喷施浓度为50mg/L时提高茶树抗寒性的效果最好。 In order to research 6 - BA for the repair mechanism of tea tree after cold injury, this test choose Fudingdabaicha as exper- iment object ,Before and after the winter using single factor experiment design, research different concentration of 6 - BA (10 rag/L, 25 mg/L, 50 mg/L, 100 mg/L) spraying on Chamiao plant height, stem diameter, leaf number and prostagland tea production. The results showed that spraying of 6 - BA promote Chamiao plant height, stem diameter, leaf number, but high concentration had influ- ence their growth, Among them,50 mg/L6 - BA showed the largest growth change. As a result, spraying 6 - BA can improve the cold hardiness of tea tree, on ChaMiao growth has a promoting effect, spraying concentration 50 mg/L of 6 - BA improve the effect of the tea plant cold hardiness was best.
