摘要
以有机硅改性羟基丙烯酸乳液为成膜物质,氨基树脂为固化剂,制备了综合性能优异的水性玻璃烤漆。研究了氨基树脂、助剂及烘烤工艺对漆膜性能的影响,得到优化配方为:有机硅改性丙烯酸乳液40%(质量分数,下同),氨基树脂[m(基体树脂):m(氨基树脂RB747)=2:1]10%,助溶剂8%,532消泡剂0.1%,G70流平剂0.2%,润湿剂0.2%,pH调节剂适量,水余量。涂料先50℃表干8 min再150℃实干30 min后,基体树脂与氨基树脂RB747的交联率约为96.0%,所得漆膜吸水率为1.43%,附着力1级,硬度3H,耐水性5 d,耐酸性4 h,耐碱性48 h。
A waterborne glass paint with excellent comprehensive performance was prepared using organosilicon-modified hydroxyl acrylic emulsion as film forming agent and amino resin as curing agent. The effects of amino resin, additives and baking process on the performances of paint were studied. The optimal formulation was obtained as follows: 40wt% organosilicon-modified hydroxyl acrylic emulsion, 10wt% amino resin (comprising matrix resin and amino resin RB747 at a mass ratio of 2:1), 8wt% solubilizer, 0. lwt% defoamer 532, 0.2wt% G70 leveling agent, 0.2wt% wetting agent, suitable amount of pH adjusting agent and water balance. The crosslinking rate of matrix resin and amino resin RB747 is ca.96.0% when the surface drying is carried out in advance at 50 ℃ for 8 min followed by hard drying at 150℃ for 30 min. The paint obtained features the following characteristics: water absorption rate 1.43%, 1-grade adhesion, pencil hardness 3H, water resistance 5 d, acid resistance 4 h and alkaline resistance 48 h.
