从挖斗的结构、生产工艺、加工要求和涂装工艺流程出发,分析了挖斗的直接悬挂方案及屏蔽方案,通过指出各方案的不足之处,说明了设计屏蔽、吊挂一体化辅助工具的思路。阐述了该辅助工具的结构、使用方法和注意事项。

The measures of direct hanging and shielding for bucket were analyzed from the viewpoint of structure, production process, processing requirement and painting process flow. The idea about how to design a shielding and hanging integrated auxiliary tool was explained through pointing out the deficiencies of each measure. The structure, usage and matters needing attention of the presented auxiliary tool were described.
