生产性服务业集聚对城镇化的影响——基于中国35个大中城市面板数据的分析

Influences on urbanization by producer services agglomeration:based on panel data of 35 large and medium cities of China

在分析生产性服务业集聚效应与扩散效应的基础上,采用区位商法测算了我国35个大中城市生产性服务业的集聚程度,并根据其高低分组考察了生产性服务业集聚对城镇化的不同影响。结果表明,生产性服务业集聚程度的提高能够促进城镇化,但当集聚度达到高程度时,其对城镇化的促进作用反而会减弱,生产性服务业集聚的规模并非越大越好。据此,对生产性服务业集聚程度不同的地区提出了相应的城镇化发展建议。

Based on the analysis to the agglomeration effect and diffusion effect of producer services industries,this essay calculates the concentration of producer service industries in 35 large and medium cities in China by means of Location-quotient,and then it studies the effect of producer service agglomeration grouped by high or low level on urbanization. The results show that the increase of agglomeration degree of producer service industries can promote the urbanization. However,when the agglomeration of producer service industries reaches high degree,the promotion on urbanization will be weakened,thus proving the diffusion effect of producer services agglomeration. In the end,for areas with different degree of producer services agglomeration,corresponding suggestions for the development of urbanization are put forward.
