摘要
介绍了杭州市余杭区以"王"字型管理架构为核心的城市管理思路,认为该思路通过将城市管理重心的再次下移,解决了"看得见的管不了、管得了的看不见"的城市管理的体制性弊端。在此基础上,分析了"王"字型管理架构中存在的问题,并从技术层面和管理理念层面分析了解决这些问题的可能性。
The essay introduces the urban management idea of making the ＂ Wang ＂ font management structure as its core to solve the system disadvantages of ＂ which you can see it but fail to deal with,or vice versa ＂ in urban management,through adjusting the focus of urban management again. Beside,the problem the ＂ Wang＂ font management structure is also analyzed. At the same time,This essay puts forward the possibilities whether it can be solved from the angle of the techniques and management.
