农业转移人口城市落户意愿的影响因素

Influencing factors on the willingness to settle in cities by agricultural transfer population

运用多元逻辑斯蒂回归模型,从个体特征、经济、社会心理和制度四个层面,对农业转移人口的落户城市的意愿进行了计量分析。结果显示:农业转移人口大多愿意落户在中小城市和小城镇;农业转移人口选择落户城市的类型主要受文化程度、承包地、房产、城市生活适应性、签订就业合同状况、接受职业培训状况、参加社会保险状况等因素的影响。

Based on the data from 1189 questionnaires,this essay tests different settled intentions of agricultural transfer population from four aspects of individual characteristic,economy,social psychology and institution by building multinomial Logistic regression. The results show that to settle in small and medium- sized cities and small towns is the focus of the settled intention of agricultural transfer population. Their choice of settled city＇s type mainly affected by education degree,contracted land,rural housing,monthly income,attendance of social activities,adaptation of urban life,employment contract be signed,attendance of vocational training,participation of social insurance.
