摘要
研究了研磨液中氨三乙酸、柠檬酸和磷酸盐的离子色谱-抑制电导测定方法。采用Ion Pac AS11(4 mm×250 mm)分析柱以及相应的保护柱Ion Pac AG11(4 mm×50 mm),以20 mmol/L Na OH:H2O梯度洗脱,流速1.00 m L/min,进样量25μL。氨三乙酸、柠檬酸和磷酸盐质量浓度与其峰面积具有良好的线性和重复性,相关系数均不低于0.999,其检出限分别为0.02,0.02和0.05 mg/L。方法适用于研磨液中氨三乙酸、柠檬酸和磷酸盐含量的测定。
A method for simultaneous determination of nitrilotriacetic acid/nitrilotriacetate ( NTA), citric acid/ citrate and phosphate (PO3- ) in lapping fluid by ion chromatography(IC) with suppressed conductivity detection was presented. The analysis was performed on an IonPac ASll analytical column (4 mm x250 mm) with an IonPac AGll guard column (4 mm x 50 mm) using 20 mmol/L NaOH: H20 gradient elution at a flow rate of 1.00 mL/min. The injection volume was 25 μL. Good linear relationship was got between peak area and the concentration of NTA, citrate and PO3-. All the linear correlation coefficients were not less than 0. 999. Limit of detections (LOD) for NTA, citrate and PO3- were 0. 02, 0. 02 and 0. 05 mg/L, respectively. The method was simple, sensitive and reliable, and was suitable for simultaneous detection of NTA, citrate and PO3- in lapping fluid.
