摘要
为了实现航空地面电源车动力传输供电系统的集成设计,使航空电源车适应不同战场环境、达到平台设计轻量化的要求,利用动力集成思想,对航空电源车动力传输供电系统进行了方案设计与优化,依托Recur Dyn多体动力学仿真分析软件平台,对设计的航空电源车动力传输系统进行了动力学仿真计算,并对动力传输系统中同步带的传动性能、稳定性能和受力情况进行了仿真分析;设计了基于同步带变速传动技术的航空电源车动力传输供电系统,实现了航空电源车动力系统与发电系统的综合集成;仿真实验结果验证了所设计的航空电源车动力传输供电系统的动态传动性能和现实可行性。
In order to realize the integrated design of power transmission and power supply system for aircraft ground power vehicle, make the aircraft power supply to meet the requirements of the different spot environments and to meet the requirements of the platform design, according to the power integration thought, the power transmission system of the aircraft is designed and optimized. Based on the RecurDyn multi-body dynamics simulation analysis software platform, the dynamic transmission system is modeled, and the transmission performance, stability and force of the synchronous belt are simulated and analyzed. The power transmission system based on synchronous belt transmission is designed. And the simulation results verify the dynamic performance and feasibility of the designed system.
