摘要 研究跨栏训练对骨关节运动损伤特性影响,可改善田径运动日常训练的不合理因素,有效预防骨关节运动损伤。对骨关节运动损伤特性影响分析时,需要对跨栏训练与骨关节损伤之间的规律进行研究,而传统方法利用映射表和误分类率阈值,依据获得骨关节损伤多范畴复杂信息对象约泛化算子完成影响分析,但不能对跨栏训练与骨关节损伤之间的规律进行研究,存在准确度低、相关局限性大等问题。提出一种基于马尔科夫的跨栏训练对骨关节运动损伤特性影响分析方法。该方法先采集运动员跨栏训练下的运动参数,融合于人体测量学理论对训练过程中运动员骨关节骨骼进行建模,给出跨栏训练下运动员骨关节受力负荷变化状态,融合于马尔科夫理论,对运动员出现骨关节损伤的主要因素特征进行估计,获取不同跨栏训练强度下运动员骨关节损伤影响规律,利用神经网络方法给出跨栏训练下运动员骨关节损伤影响概率,计算出跨栏训练下运动员骨关节损伤概率差异,实现跨栏训练对骨关节损伤影响分析。仿真结果表明,所提方法能够精确地分析出跨栏训练对骨关节损伤的影响,为减少或避免运动员骨关节损伤提供依据。 Research on the effect of hurdle training on sport injury feature of bone and joint can improve the usual training unreasonable factor of track and field sports, and prevent the sport injury of bone and joint. In this paper, we proposed an analysis method for the effect of hurdle training on sport injury feature of bone and joint based on the Markov. Firstly, we collected the motion parameter of athlete hurdle training and built the model of athlete bone and joint during training process integrated with anthropometry theory. Then the stress load varying state of athlete bone and joint was given out to estimate the major factor feature of bone and joint injury integrated with Markov theory. Moreover, we obtained the influence rule of athlete bone and joint injury under different hurdle training strength and used the neural network method to give out the influence probability of athlete bone and joint injury under hurdle training. Finally, we worked out the injury probability difference and achieved the influence analysis of hurdle training on bone and joint injury. The simulation results show that the method can analyze the effect of hurdle training on bone and joint injury precisely, which can provide the basis for reducing or avoiding injury.
