基于高频信号注入法的动态磁通测量及仿真

摘要 针对目前传统磁通测量的样片制作困难、材料利用率低、数学方法上外推繁琐等问题,提出了高频信号注入法的实时在线测量装置及方法。通过在被测装置上放置一C型辅助铁心,利用其与主铁心共享一部分磁路的特性,结合高频驱动信号实时反映出被测设备的运行状态。基于磁阻等效模型得出影响传感器灵敏度主要有三个因素:辅助铁心的长度、宽度及材料特性,最后选择合适的辅助铁心尺寸并完成了磁通测量平台的搭建与仿真,仿真结果验证了所提装置和方法的有效性和正确性。 Aiming the traditional off-line measurement problems, such as being hard to make samples, wasting material, complicated mathematical extrapolation and so on, a novel real-time measurement method of dynamic magnetic flux based on high frequency signal injection transducer was proposed. The device' s main concept is to use a type C auxiliary core that shares partial magnetic path with the main core, so as to reflect real-time operating state of the main flux by measuring the auxiliary core based on high frequency signal injection. Based on magnetic resistance equivalent model, the research shows that there are three main factors which can affect transducer' s sensitivity greatly : the auxiliary core' s length, width and permeability. At last, we chose the right sizes and set up the flux measurement and simulation platform. The simulation result proves the effectiveness and accuracy of the methods.
