摘要
载荷(工况)系数是链传动系统设计的重要原始输入之一,是直接关系到链条承载能力的设计变量,特别是对于正时齿形链系统,链板厚度或链板片数均与此相关。通过某款发动机正时链系统设计实例,在忽略曲轴扭振以及发动机气缸爆炸做功的前提下,定性分析了正时链系统的载荷特性,并通过缸盖反拖系统试验台静拖动转矩、动载转矩的测试,提出了正时齿形链系统不同转速条件下的载荷(工况)系数及其确定方法,对相关多轴、高速齿形链系统设计具有重要参考价值。
