摘要
研究了发动机正时链系统的开发流程及正时链条工作张力设计计算方法,并给出了正时链系统在总体布局设计时正时链条、导轨及张紧器等主要零部件的设计技术要点,同时对设计后的正时链传动系统进行了仿真分析,优化系统各零部件的结构及受力状态,达到较佳的传动效果,以满足发动机对"高性能"、"低噪声"的要求。试验研究结果表明,该设计方法是实用的和可行的。
The development process of engine timing system and the calculation method of timing chain tension are studied. The key technical points of main parts including timing chain, guide rail and tensioner are presented when designing the overall layout of engine timing system. According to the simulation analysis of designed engine timing chain system is carried out, the structures and load conditions of each component is im- proved to reach a better power transmission. Consequently, the requirements of high performance and low noise of the engine is satisfied. From the results of this study, it is concluded that this development process is reasonable and practical.
