摘要
对机械工业上普遍采用的液压、丝杆、胶带为载体的剪叉式顶升机进行改进设计,充分利用链条的刚柔特性,将链条设计成只能一方向转动,另一方向为刚性。通过链条的传动,利用链条特殊结构,可将水平的链条转换成竖直向顶升,也可将原本竖直的链条转换成水平移动,来达到平台升降的目的。根据链条的这一特性,设计一种以顶升链条为载体的剪叉式链条升降机,其最大承载为20 kN,最大行程为2 000 mm,升降最大速度为15 m/min。
