钴蓝影响硅酸锆发色的实验研究

Experimental Study on Effect of Cobalt on Zirconium Silicate Color

针对钴蓝在不同添加量和不同细度对硅酸锆发色的影响进行实验,确定了添加量、细度与硅酸锆发色的关系。结果表明:钴蓝能显著改变硅酸锆的色调,使黄白色硅酸锆呈青白色,但却不能增加其白度,添加量过多反而会使亮度下降,影响白度;钴蓝细度的变化对硅酸锆发色无明显影响。添加微量的钴蓝可改变其色调,可拓宽硅酸锆的应用范围。

This paper for cobalt blue in different adding amount and fineness of zirconium silicate color was affected by test to determine the adding amount, fineness and zirconium silicate color. The results show that. cobalt blue can significantly change the zirconium silicate color tone, yellow white zirconium silicate was bluish white, but actually cannot increase zir- conium Silicate whiteness value, adding too much but will make the brightness down, affecting the whiteness; changes in cobalt blue fineness of zirconium silicate color has no obvious influence. Trace cobalt blue can change the tone of zirconium silicate, and expanded the scope of application of zirconium silicate.
