规范化肌泵锻炼在预防下肢静脉曲张术后深静脉血栓形成中的作用

Effect of Qualified Muscle Pumps Movement on Prevention of Deep Vein Thrombosis in Varicose Veins Postoperative Patients

目的探讨规范化肌泵锻炼对预防下肢静脉曲张术后深静脉血栓形成中的作用,为临床实践提供依据。方法收集2015年1月~2016年1月入院行下肢静脉曲张手术的患者（168例）进行筛选、分组,并在术后对患者进行规范化肌泵锻炼指导,对术后DVT发生率进行统计。结果试验组（n=82）发生下肢深静脉血栓（DVT）1例,发生率为1.22%;对照组（n=86）发生DVT 8例,发生率为9.30%,两组比较差异有显著性（P〈0.05）。结论规范化肌泵锻炼在下肢浅表静脉曲张术后预防深静脉血栓形成中有一定的临床价值,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of qualified muscle pumps movement on prevention of deep vein thrombosis in varicose veins postoperative patients. Methods From January 2015 to January 2016, patients with varicose veins of lower limb surgery （ 168 cases } , were collected, filtered, grouped, and the patients were treated with standardized muscle pump after the operation,and count the incidence of postoperative lower limb deep vein thrombosis. Results In the experimental group （ n = 82 ） , 1 cases of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis （DVT） occurred, the ira- cidence was I. 22% ;8 cases occurred in control group（ n = 86 ）,the incidence was 9.30% , there were significant differ- ences between the two groups. Conclusion The qualified muscle pumps movement in the lower extremity superficial varicose veins in the prevention of postoperative deep venous thrombosis has certain clinical value,worthy of our practice and popularization.
