足底筋膜炎的磁共振表现 被引量:8

摘要 目的探讨足底筋膜炎的MRI诊断价值。方法回顾性分析16例足底筋膜炎患者的MRI资料,总结其MRI表现特征。检查方法主要包括常规T1WI、T2WI及T2WI+FS。结果 16例患者中,单足发病14例,双足发病2例;所有患足不同程度足底筋膜增厚,16足足底筋膜内见斑片状T2WI高信号灶,4足合并有跟骨骨刺,9足跟骨骨髓水肿,13足足底筋膜周围软组织肿胀。结论 MRI可观察到足底筋膜炎患者足底筋膜增厚、信号改变及伴随的跟骨骨髓水肿、足底筋膜周围软组织肿胀等改变,是诊断足底筋膜炎的有效影像学方法。
