摘要
基于生态系统视角,引入"压力—状态—响应"模型,构建了包括生态胁迫、生态系统健康和生态可持续能力的3个子系统、30个指标的京津冀生态文明指数评价体系;运用主客观组合赋权方法确定各指标的权重,对各系统得分及系统之间的协调度进行测算,展开京津冀三省市的实证研究,并从横向与纵向两个角度对得分进行比较分析。
Based on ecosystem view, this paper introduced the "pressure - state - response" model(PSR) and constructed 3 subsystems, includ- ing ecological stress, ecosystem health and ecological sustainability, and 30 indexes of Beijing- Tianjin- Hebei index evaluation system of ecological civilization. And using the method of subjective and objective combination to determine the weight of each index, the score of each system and calcu- lated the coordination degree between them. Then this paper made a empirical research about the three provinces and cities ofBeijing- Tianjin -Hebei. This paper compared and analyzed the score of three provinces from the angle of horizontal and vertical and the analysis results.
