丝绸之路节点城市“五化”同步发展耦合协调性研究——以兰州市为例

Evaluation on Coupling and Coordination Between “Five Modernization" of Node City of the Silk Road——Taking Lanzhou City For Example

以丝绸之路重要节点城市兰州市为例,建立了"五化"综合评价指标体系,并对其耦合协调性进行分析。结果表明:2000—2014年兰州市的"五化"综合发展水平呈不断上升趋势,城镇化在"五化"同步发展中起引领作用;"五化"的耦合度一直处于低度耦合阶段,协调度从极度失调到严重失调转变,同时以较小的速度向更协调的方向发展。作为丝绸之路的重要节点城市,兰州应把握机遇,用系统性的思维和眼光统筹"五化",从而促进"五化"的同步协调发展。

Taking an important node city of Lanzhou City in the Silk Road as an example, by establishing an evaluation index system of ＂five modernization＂, analyzed the coupling coordination, the results showed：From 2000 to 2014, the comprehensive development level of ＂five moderniza- tion＂of Lanzhou City showed a rising trend,and urbanization played a leading role in the development of ＂five modernization＂. The coupling of ＂five modernization＂ was in a low coupling stage, the degree of coordination presented a transformation from the extreme imbalance to serious imbalance, while developing towarded a more coordinated direction at a smaller speed. As an important node city of the silk road, Lanzhou city should seize the opportunity, unifying the ＂five modernization＂ together with a systematic thinking and vision, to promote the synchronized development of ＂five mode- rnization＂.
