多层螺旋CT血管造影在诊断肺静脉瘤临床应用中的研究

MULTISLICE CT ANGIOGRAPHY IN THE DIAGNOSIS OF PULMONARY VEIN TUMOR CLINICAL APPLICATION

目的探讨多层螺旋CT血管造影在肺静脉瘤诊断中的临床应用及其价值。方法回顾性分析经多层螺旋CT血管造影检查的3例肺静脉瘤患者临床资料并进行相关文献复习。结果多层螺旋CT血管造影检查图像可完全显示肺静脉瘤的空间解剖和病变特征。结论多层螺旋CT血管造影可准确诊断肺静脉瘤,具有较高的分辨率,在病变的诊断与治疗中发挥着重要作用。

Objective Of multislice spiral CT angiography and its value in the diagnosis of pulmonary vein tumor. Methods A retrospective analysis by multislice spiral CT angiography in 3 cases of pulmonary vein tumor patient clinical data and related literature review. Results Multislice spiral CT angiography images can he fully displayed the pulmonary vein aneurysm anatomy and lesion characteristics space. Conclusions Multislice spiral CT angiography can accurately diagnose pulmonary vein tumor has a high resolution, in the diagnosis and treatment of disease plays an important role.
