摘要
目的对CYP17基因rs743572位点与多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)的关系进行系统评价。方法检索中英文数据库2016年7月31日之前发表的关于CYP17基因多态性和PCOS关系的文献资料,应用RevMan5.3软件进行系统评价。采用随机效应模型或固定效应模型计算效应指标:OR值和95%CI。进行亚组分析和敏感性分析,用Egger's法通过stata12.0软件定量评估发表偏倚。结果在隐性模型中:Z=2.64(P=0.008)、OR(95%CI):1.26(1.06,1.49),差异有统计学意义。在等位基因模型中Z=2.55(P=0.01)、OR(95%CI):1.21(1.05,1.41),差异有统计学意义。按地域进行亚组分析,在欧洲人群等位基因模型:Z=1.97(P=0.05)、OR(95%CI):1.39(1.00,1.94)。结论 CYP17基因rs743572位点多态性与PCOS有关,且基因型CC增加了PCOS的易感性。
Objective To explore the relationship between CYP17 rs743572 polymorphism and polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) by systematic review. Methods We searched the studies published until July 2016 in Chinese- English document database which evaluated the associations of CYP17 polymorphisms with P- COS, and they were analyzed by RevMan5.3 software. Fixed and random effect models were employed and Odds ratios (OR) with corresponding 95% confidence intervals (CI) were used as the indicator of intervention effect. Subgroup analysis and sensitivity analysis was performed. The method of Egger's by stata12.0 software was applied to evaluate the publication bias. Results Recessive gene model: Z = 2. 64 (P = 0.008),OR(95%CI):1. 26(1.06,1.49). Allele model: Z=2.55(P=0.01),OR(95%CI):I. 21(I. 05, 1.41). We performed the subgroup analysis of CYPI7 polymorphism with area elements. In Europe, allele model:Z= 1.97(P = 0.05) ,0R(95%CI) :1. 39 (1. 00,1. 94). Conclusion CYPI7 rs743572 polymorphism is related to PCOS, and genotype CC may be the risk factors of PCOS.
