精神科医院护士生活质量与社会支持的关系

THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN LIFE QUALITY AND SOCIAL SUPPORT OF THE NURSE IN PSYCHIATRIC HOSPITAL

目的探讨精神科医院护士生活质量与社会支持的关系。方法采用SF-36健康调查量表和社会支持评定量表对158名唐山市第五医院的护士进行问卷调查。结果 1精神科医院男性护士的活力、社会功能、情感职能显著低于女性护士(P<0.01),精神科医院护士的生活质量各维度与正常人群参考值均存在统患者计学差异,主要表现在护士生活质量的生理机能、生理职能、躯体功能、总体健康状况、活力、社会功能、情感职能、精神健康得分均低于正常人群参考值(P<0.01)。2精神科医院护士生活质量的生理职能、总体健康状况、活力、情感职能、精神健康与社会支持正相关(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论精神科医院护士的生活质量总体偏低;精神科医院护士的社会支持程度越高,其生活质量越高。

Objective To investigate the relationship between life quality and social support among the nurses in psychiatric hospital. Methods Totally 158 nurses in psychiatric hospital were measured by the Most 36- Item Short From Health Survey and Social support scale. Results The score for vitality, social function and emotional functions of male nurses were significantly lower than female nurses. The score for life quality of the nurses in psychiatric hospital was lower than the national norm scores（P〈0.01）. There were positive correlations between physiological functions, general health status, vitality, emotional functions, mental health of the nurses and social support in psychiatric hospital （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Life quality of the nurses in psychiatric hospital is overall lower; The higher social support is, the higher life quality is.
