封闭小区的城市之伤

The City Wound of Gated Residential Communities

居住小区模式引入我国以来,一直指引着我国居住区建设的主导方向,经过几十年的发展,形成了鲜明的特色,强调封闭性和自完整性,逐渐从居住小区模式转变成封闭小区模式。但随着我国城市建设的不断发展,大规模采用封闭小区模式,其产生的城市交通拥堵、居民出行困难,资源浪费,生活便利性减弱,城市风貌单一等问题对城市发展和居民生活产生严重影响。该文分析了封闭小区的发展历程及其所产生的一系列消极影响,以期使居住区规划向更益于城市及自身发展的新方向迈进,从而产生良好的促进作用。

The residential community pattern has been guiding the dominant direction of residential construction in China all the time since it was introduced into our country,and after more than ten years of the development,it has formed vivid characteristics,which emphasized the closeness and the integrity.Residential community pattern has turned into gated residential community pattern gradually.But with the continuous development of city construction in our country and large-scale use of gated residential community pattern,a series of problems such as urban traffic congestion,transport residents in difficulties,waste of resources,weaken convenience of life,a single city style are appeared which have a serious impact on the development of urban and the life of the residents.In this paper,we analyze a series of negative effects on the development process of the closed cell and in order to let the planning of residential areas of the cities change in a new way where their development can be more benefit,so as to produce a good role in promoting.
