旧城更新中加密策略与泛住宅模式初探——以南丰十字街为例

Encryption Strategy and Integrated Residential Mode in the Old City Renewal:Taking the Cross Street of Nanfeng as an Example

在旧城更新中,有序加密正逐渐取代大拆大建或无限扩张,成为旧城自我繁衍的一种重要的方式。该文通过分析城市加密策略的必要性和实现途径之一泛住宅模式,指出了城市加密策略在实现旧城更新中的重要性。结合在南丰旧城十字街的调查研究和设计实践,针对其现状,提出了以垂直加建的加密策略为指导,融入商业功能的泛住宅为手段的旧城区更新方法,并为类似的设计提供借鉴与参考。

In the old city renewal,orderly encryption is gradually taking the place of large demolition or unlimited expansion,which has become an important way of urban selfreproduction.Based on the analysis of the necessity and realization way of the urban encryption strategy,we point out the importance of the urban encryption strategy in the realization of the renewal of the old city.Based on investigation and design practice in Nanfeng old cross street,we put forward to build a vertical encryption strategy according to the situation,update method into commercial functions as a means of urban residential pan,so as to offer reference for similar design.
