摘要
采用复合电镀方法制备金刚石刀具。阐述了刀具的制备过程,并通过钻削实验对比了普通高速钢刀具与电镀金刚石刀具的钻削性能。结果表明:钻削颗粒增强金属基复合材料时,电镀金刚石刀具的加工质量和耐用度均优于普通高速钢刀具的。
Diamond tool was prepared by using composite electroplating. The preparation process was elaborated, and the drilling performance of common high speed steel tool and electroplated diamond tool were compared through drilling experiment. Results showed that the processing quality and durability of electroplated diamond tool was better than that of common high speed steel tool when drilling particle reinforced metal matrix composites.
