摘要 设计了一种基于模糊神经网络的酸性镀铜液温度传感系统。通过对镀液温度传感器进行标定,借用模糊神经网络算法构建镀液温度传感调控模型,以获得的镀液温度最佳调控规律为依据而设计。与传统的酸性镀铜液温度传感系统相比,基于模糊神经网络的酸性镀铜液温度传感系统的应用效果理想,测定准确度明显偏高,误差率明显偏低,对镀液温度的调控均衡性较好。 An acidic copper plating solution temperature sensing system based on fuzzy neural network was designed. Through demarcating plating solution temperature sensor, and build plating solution temperature sensing control model using {uzzy neural network algorithm, this system was designed based on the obtained plating solution temperature optimal control rule. Compared with conventional acidic copper plating solution temperature sensing system, the application effect of acidic copper plating solution temperature sensing system based on fuzzy neural network was ideal, the measurement accuracy was obviously higher and the error rate was obviously lower. Acidic copper plating solution temperature sensing system based on fuzzy neural network has better regulation proportionality for plating solution temperature.
