PET/CT与功能性MR在骨髓抑制中研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 随着肿瘤治疗由经验模式发展到循证模式,循证医学已经成为当今的治疗之本。但是循证模式是基于整个患者及患者群体的大量统计学数据,而患者个体产生的治疗效果及治疗损伤差别都很明显,循证医学发展到多学科、多模态、多元信息综合的个体优化治疗的时代。肿瘤患者个体化放化疗是在大量个体的临床、病理和分子基因水平参数上的指导治疗的,是理想的治疗模式[1]。
