摘要
跃龙门隧道在施工中穿越多处岩溶发育段及地下水系,首次提出了可溶岩中围岩裂隙水"分段截流"的理念,且在注浆堵水钻孔布置方面采取了"引流封堵"布置方式,同时配合新型RSS堵水材料与水泥浆进行双液堵水,技术先进创新,效果显著。相较于传统的注浆方法施工速度快,操作简易易学,对施工现场交叉施工影响较小,同时减少了采取超前周边注浆和全段落径向注浆造成的高设备、高成本、高消耗、进度严重缓慢的缺陷。
Yuelongmen Tunnel passes through a number of karst development zones and underground water systems in construetion, this paper firstly proposed the concept of "segment throttling" for karst surrounding rock fissure water, and adopted the layout of "drainage plugging" in water blocking and grouting drilling arrangement. Besides, new RSS plugging water materials and cement slurry were used for double liquid water plugging. The technology was advanced and innovative, which achieved a remarkable effect. Compared with the traditional grouting method, the technology was easy to learn for its fast speed and simple operation, which had little effect on the cross construction and reduced the defects of high-tech equipment, high cost, high consumption and seriously slow progress caused by advanced peripheral grouting and full-segment radial grouting.
