浅埋砂层大断面暗挖隧道临时支护拆除研究 被引量:12

摘要 以石家庄地铁1号线中山广场站—解放广场站区间暗挖配线为背景,研究在浅埋砂层大断面隧道暗挖二衬施工中,因无法使用爆破整体施工,须借助临时支撑将大断面分段分部位施工,在二衬施工前再将临时支撑拆除。由于断面较大,临时支护结构须分块分段拆除,拆除前后,通过对隧道土体受力状况的分析,调整二衬施工时间、工序、拆除长度等,控制地表沉降,指导二衬安全有序施工。 Taking the underground wiring between Zhongshan Square Station and Liberation Square Station in Shijiazhuang Metro Line 1 as the background, this paper studied the large cross-section segmental construction with the assistance of temporary support, and dismantling the temporary support construction before the secondary lining without the overall blasting in shallow-buried sandy stratum. The temporary support structure should be removed in sections because of its large cross-section. Before and after the demolition, through the analysis of tunnel soil stress state, the secondary lining construction time, process and dismantled length were adjusted to control the surface subsidence and guide the secondary lining construction in a safe and orderly manner.
