摘要
对2013年5月和9月在金沙江上游支流赠曲采集的98尾裸腹叶须鱼(Ptychobarbus kaznakovi)进行了年龄和生长特性的研究。渔获物的优势体长组为150~200 mm,占62.38%,优势体重组在14.3~150 g,占87.63%;体长体重关系为W=2×10-5L2.884;以臀鳞为年龄鉴定材料,结果显示,裸腹叶须鱼渔获样本由3~10龄组成,其中3~6龄个体占94.2%;von Bertalanffy生长方程为:Lt=668.35[1-e^(-0.0662(t+0.83))],Wt=2807.6[1-e^(-0.0662(t+0.83))]^(2.884);生长系数k为0.066 2,说明裸腹叶须鱼为生长缓慢型鱼类;体重生长的拐点年龄为15.17龄,对应的体长和体重分别为436.61 mm和822.35 g。
The age and growth of Ptychobarbus kaznakovi were studied based on 98 specimen captured from Zengqu River,the tributary of Jinsha River,between May and September 2013. The dominated body length was from 150 to 200 mm(62. 38%),and the dominated body weight was from 14. 3 to 150g( 87. 36%). The relationship between body length( L)and body weight( W) could be expressed as W = 2 × 10- 5L2. 884. Scales were used for aging fish in this paper. Results showed that the estimated ages ranged between 3 to 10 years old,and the dominat age ranged from 3 to 6 years old( 94. 2%). The Von Bertalanffy growth model was Lt= 668. 35 [1- e-(-0.0662( t + 0.83))] and Wt= 2807. 6 [1-e-(-0.0662(t + 0.83)) ]-(2.884). The coefficient of growth( k) was 0. 0662. The growth inflexion points were15. 17 years old,with a corresponding body length of 436. 61 mm and body weight of 822. 35 g.
