抑制结晶紫褪色光度法测定痕量锡(Ⅳ)

提出一种测定痕量锡的新方法。该方法在590nm处的表观摩尔吸光系数为1．39×107L．mol-1cm-1，锡浓度在0-4.0μg／L范围内服从比耳定律，回归方程ΔA=0．4023＋0．023Csn（Ⅳ）（μg／L），r=0.9996，检出限为1，0×10-12g／ml。此方法用于水样中锡的测定，结果满意。

A new inhibition-catalysis kinetic Spectropho-tometry for the determination of trace of Tin(Ⅳ)has been developed The apparent molar absorptivity is 1.39×10-7 L.mol-1.cm-1at λmax=590nm. Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0-4μg／L,the linear regresionequation ΔA=0.4023+0.023 Csn(Ⅳ) (μg/L), r=0. 9996. And the detection limit is 1.0×10-12 g／ml. This method has been used for the determination of Tin (Ⅳ)in water SamT＞les with a satis-factory result.
