地沟油制备橡胶胶片隔离剂

Preparation of rubber isolator from cooking oil

采用餐饮废弃物地沟油、乙醇胺、氢氧化钠、AES为主要原料制备橡胶胶片隔离剂。通过均匀设计实验方法,得到原料配比为m（乙醇胺）∶m（NaOH）∶m（地沟油）=1∶1∶4（其中NaOH、乙醇胺均为质量分数30%的溶液）,pH=7.5-8.0,反应温度90-97℃,反应时间60min,产物w（固体）达到20%-40%,使用w（固体）=20%的该产品稀释成10-15倍的水溶液就有很好的橡胶胶片隔离效果。

Rubber isolator is made by using food waste cooking oil,monoethanolamine,sodium hydroxide,AES as the main raw material.Through uniform design experimentation,we studied the effect of ratio of raw materials on product performance to optimize the ideal rubber isolation agent formula;the ratio of raw materials were as follows∶ 30% NaOH∶ 30% KOH∶oil=1∶1∶4,pH∶7.5-8.0.reaction temperature 90-97 ℃,reaction time 60 min,solid content could be up to 20% -40%.Using solid content of 20%aqueous solution to dilute into 10-15times,it has good isolation effect on rubber film.
