摘要
针对3+2轴数控铣床操作中G21编程和定位五轴编程的不同优点,利用计算机技术优化NC程序后置,使其既能满足编程人员对五轴联动程序编程的工作需求,又能满足3+2轴数控设备使用G21程序的需求,还能满足生产管理者对于计划偏差运行的3+2轴数控设备与五轴联动设备加工零件编码的顺利切换。
In view of the different advantages between G21 programming and five-axis positioning programming when operated a "3 + 2 axis" NC milling, computer technology was used to post optimize the NC programs. It satisfied the programming workers' requirement for the five-axis linkage programming, and the requirement of using G21 program for "3+2 axis" NC equipment. It also realized that the production manager successfully switched processing code between "3+2-axis" NC equipment and five-axis linkage equipments due to deviation.
