摘要
针对既有时序要求又有推拉楔结构的模具在翻边过程中出现活动凸模反应迟缓、刮料器刮件时制件变形等问题,从模具结构进行分析,通过更换刮料器的动力装置改善模具对板料的成形性。生产实际验证:该方案合理,制件成形质量良好,生产效率提高。
In order to solve the problem that the active punch reaction slowly and parts de- formation caused by scratcher in the process of flanging process by using the die with sequence requirement and connecting wedge structure. After analyzing the die structure, the die formability was improved by changing the drive device of scratcher. The actual production verified that the scheme was reasonable and the parts quality was good.
