摘要
针对学生在挤压模毕业设计中存在的问题,分析传统毕业设计的形式与内容的不足,提出将有限元仿真融入毕业设计的教学理念,探讨有限元仿真融入挤压模毕业设计的教学实践环节。实践结果表明:有限元仿真的应用优化了传统的挤压成形工艺及模具设计的流程,提高学生毕业设计的质量,加强学生对挤压工艺的理解及有限元模拟分析的技术手段的掌握,提升了学生的专业技能,增强了学生的就业竞争力。
Aiming at the problems existing in extrusion die graduation project, the defects of traditional graduation project form and content were analyzed. It put forward the teaching idea that integrating the finite element simulation into graduation project, and discussed the practical teaching that integrating it into extrusion die graduation project. Practice result showed that the finite element simulation optimized the work process of traditional extrusion forming technology and die design. It improved the quality of students' graduation project and made students deeply understand the extrusion process and master the finite element simulation analysis method, which increased professional skills and employment competitiveness of graduates.
