摘要
以背光模组中导光板注塑成型为研究对象,采用响应面(RSM)实验设计方法,分析注塑成型工艺参数对导光板质量的影响规律以及不同成型工艺参数对质量指标的权重比。引入响应面法,结合方差分析建立导光板品质预测模型,并经生产试验验证该模型所得最优工艺参数的准确性,以指导实际生产。
With the injection molding process of light guide plate as the research object and based on response surface methodology ( RSM), the influence of the injection molding process parameters on the light guide plate quality and the weighting ratio of different molding parameters to the quality index was studied. A predictive response surface model for light guide plate quality index was created by using RSM based on analysis of variance (ANOVA) method. And the accuracy of the optimal process parameters of the model was verified by the actual production. The optimal process parameters could be used to guide the actual production.
